Yes, at City Optics, we offer comprehensive warranties to ensure your peace of mind and satisfaction with our products. Our warranties cover both prescription eyewear and frames, ensuring that you receive high-quality products backed by reliable guarantees.
Warranty Coverage
Prescription Eyewear

Optical Warranty: We provide a 3-month optical warranty that covers prescription-related issues. If there’s a defect in your lenses related to the prescription, such as incorrect vision correction, we’ll resolve the issue for you.
Frames and Lenses

Manufacturer Warranty: All our frames and lenses come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If your product has a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it at no extra cost.
Multifocal Lens Adaptation

Adaptation Guarantee: If you have difficulty adjusting to multifocal lenses, you can exchange them for bifocals or two pairs of single-vision lenses within 3 months of purchase. Please note, no reimbursement will be provided for any price difference between multifocal and bifocal or single-vision lenses.
Important Notes

Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidental breakage, misuse, or customer damage. It also excludes normal wear and tear and any modifications made to the product by the customer.

Deposits for Prescription Jobs: We require a deposit for all prescription jobs, which is non-refundable once the job is completed or if the product is not collected within 6 months of purchase.
