Partnering with the NSW Spectacles Program, City Optics offers eligible NSW residents access to complimentary eyeglasses. If you're a Centrelink beneficiary on a maximum pension, this initiative is for you.

Simple Eligibility Check

1. Residency: Must be an Australian permanent resident living in New South Wales (NSW).
2. Financial Eligibility:
   1. Must be on the maximum rate of Centrelink pension or income support payment.
   2. Should not have any other form of income exceeding $25 per year.
   3. Financial assets must be less than $500 for singles or $1,000 for couples or for a parent/guardian.
3. Time Since Last Claim: Applicants must not have received a claim under the program within the last 2 years.

Program Perks

Coverage: Get a free pair of single-vision or bifocal glasses every two years, including standard lenses. Lens upgrades are available for an additional fee.
