Lens replacement involves removing old lenses and fitting new ones. Old, brittle, damaged, rimless, semi-rimless or fragile frames may carry higher risk, so City Optics checks frame suitability before proceeding.

Most orders are completed within 10-20 business days from when we receive your frame and prescription. Complex prescriptions, multifocals, rimless frames, special-order lenses and courier delays may take longer.

Lens Replacement orders include a 60-day money-back guarantee for the lens replacement service, plus a 3-month prescription change warranty and 12-month lens coating warranty. These protections are in addition to Australian Consumer Law rights.
