- Made-to-order contact lenses: Usually 15–25 business days / 3–5 weeks (Australia) or 20–30 business days / 4–6 weeks (New Zealand).

Tracking & Carriers
All orders are shipped using trackable services via Australia Post or StarTrack (depending on product category). Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
