What is Your Return and Exchange Policy?
At City Optics, we want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and exchange policy is designed to provide you with flexibility and peace of mind, whether you shop in-store or online.
In-Store Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy:

Timeframe: We accept returns within 7 days for most products, excluding prescription eyewear and personalised items.

Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with proof of purchase.
Exchange Policy:

Timeframe: Exchanges are available within 14 days for products returned in original condition with proof of purchase.

Process: Bring the item(s) and your receipt to our store, and our staff will help you select a new product.

Value Difference: If the replacement item is of greater value, you’ll need to pay the difference. No refunds are provided for exchanges with items of lesser value.

Exclusions: Sale items, change-of-mind returns, and personalised products are not eligible for exchanges.
Prescription Eyewear
Due to the custom nature of prescription eyewear, returns and exchanges are generally not available unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship. Please contact us if you experience any issues with your prescription glasses.
Online Purchases
Return Process:

Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Steps to Return:

Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at admin@cityoptics.com.au to initiate your return.

Return Address: Ship the item(s) to City Optics Pty Ltd, Shop 256, Westfield Penrith, 585 High Street, Penrith NSW 2750.
Refunds

Processing Time: Please allow 10-30 business days for the refund to be processed once we receive the returned items.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Warranty and Liability
We offer a 3-month optical warranty for prescription issues and a 12-month manufacturer warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. Your satisfaction is our priority, and our team is here to assist you with any concerns.
