Shipping Rates for In-Store Purchases

If you prefer to visit our store but would like your eyewear delivered to your home, we offer flat-rate delivery for in-store purchases:

• Standard Shipping (Australia): $15
• Express Shipping (Australia): $20

Estimated Delivery Times (inclusive of dispatch)

• Australia: Standard 3–8 business days / Express 2–4 business days
• New Zealand: Standard International 5–9 business days / Express International 3–7 business days
• Made-to-order contact lenses: Australia 15–25 business days; New Zealand 20–30 business days

Shipping Policies

• Delivery Carriers & Tracking: All orders are sent with trackable services via Australia Post or StarTrack (including Australia Post Express and StarTrack Road Express for contact lenses). You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
• Express Availability and Mixed Orders: Express shipping is only available where it is offered for all products in the order. If your order includes products where Express is not available, checkout may show Standard shipping only for the whole order.
• Backorders / Delays: If an item is backordered or delayed, we will notify you and provide an updated dispatch estimate. Public holidays, supplier delays, and courier delays may extend delivery timeframes.
• Exclusions: City Optics does not offer international shipping outside Australia and New Zealand.
• Customer Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. If there are delivery issues or backorders, our customer service team will contact you with updates and resolutions.
• Security and Order Verification: City Optics reserves the right to verify order details and withhold dispatch if discrepancies or suspicious information arise.
