What to do next

  • Find the three numbers inside a comfortable pair of glasses.
  • Add the first number, lens width, to the second number, bridge width.
  • Compare your result with the Fit reference shown on each optical product card.
  • A difference of approximately 0–2 mm is a useful starting point for a broadly similar size.
  • A larger fit reference generally indicates a wider fit; a smaller number generally indicates a narrower fit.
  • Compare bridge width separately because bridge shape, nose pads and frame construction also affect comfort.
