Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and handling fees apply to online orders. Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location, product type and chosen shipping method. The delivery estimates below are inclusive of dispatch. Dispatch is included in the stated delivery estimate.

Most orders are delivered from our warehouse to your nominated address using trackable services via Australia Post or StarTrack. Eligible Australian Alcon contact-lens-only orders may instead be sent directly from the supplier when the Direct from supplier option is selected at checkout.

Domestic Shipping — Australia

Direct from supplier — eligible Alcon contact lenses

  • Available only for eligible regular Alcon contact-lens-only Australian orders. Mixed carts, Sofclear Comfort, Alcon eye-care products and New Zealand orders use the applicable Standard or Express service instead.
  • Shipping: A$24.99 for orders under A$100, or A$14.99 for orders A$100 and above
  • Estimated delivery from order placement, including supplier processing and dispatch: NSW, ACT and VIC 2–4 business days; QLD 3–5; SA 4–6; WA 5–7; TAS 4–6; NT 7–9
  • The supplier may use Express Post or Parcel Post, so this option does not guarantee Australia Post Express Post.

  • Shipping: A$14.99, or FREE for orders A$100 and above
  • Express shipping is not available for Magister and FreshGo contact lenses

Made-to-Order Contact Lenses

  • Shipping: A$14.99, or FREE for orders A$100 and above
  • Express shipping is not available for made-to-order products
  • Estimated delivery: 15–25 business days (3–5 weeks)

Lens Replacement Service

  • For Australia, standard prepaid tracked shipping both ways is included — we email you a prepaid label to send your frame to us, and return your completed glasses with tracking and signature on delivery
  • Australia: free prepaid standard postage both ways; Express A$9.99 (speeds up postage only). New Zealand: A$10 Standard or A$19.99 Express. Timing: single vision clear, tinted and Premium light-adaptive lenses about 1–1½ weeks; multifocal, polarised, Standard light-adaptive, XTRActive and stronger prescriptions about 2–2½ weeks, from when we receive your frame and prescription, including return postage within Australia. New Zealand takes about 1 extra week.
  • These are typical timings; checkout shows the estimate for your prescription and destination. WA and NT take a few extra days.

International Shipping — New Zealand

  • Standard International: A$14.99, or FREE for orders A$100 and above (excluding Lens Replacement, which has its own postage above)
  • Express International: NZ$39.99 for orders under A$100, or NZ$24.99 for orders A$100 and above (excluding Lens Replacement)
  • Estimated delivery: Acuvue/default and CooperVision & Bausch + Lomb — Standard 6–11 business days, Express 4–9 business days; Alcon — Standard 7–12 business days, Express 5–10 business days
  • Magister and FreshGo: Standard-only, 10–15 business days. Made-to-order: Standard-only, 20–30 business days (4–6 weeks). Lens Replacement has its own postage and timing above.

Express Availability and Mixed Orders

Express shipping is only available where it is offered for all products in the order. If your order includes products where Express shipping is not available, checkout may show Standard shipping only for the whole order. Made-to-order products will use the made-to-order/standard delivery option.
