• A 3-month optical warranty for prescription-related issues.
• A 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

2. Gather Required Items

To claim your warranty, you will need:

• The product you wish to claim the warranty for.
• Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation).

3. Visit Our Store

Bring the defective product and your proof of purchase to our store, where our staff will assist you in verifying the warranty claim. If you purchased the item online, contact our customer service team at enquiry@cityoptics.com.au to discuss the next steps for your warranty claim.

4. Warranty Processing

Once the claim is verified, we will either repair or replace the defective item, depending on the nature of the issue. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will offer a suitable solution based on the warranty terms.

Important Notes

• Exclusions: Please note that our warranty does not cover damage from accidental breakage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
• Prescription Jobs: For all prescription eyewear, deposits are non-refundable for completed jobs or if not collected within 6 months of purchase.
