Complete pairs (frame and lenses combined) start from $299, with options at $299 and $399, and MiyoSmart D.I.M.S. lenses at $499. High index lens options are also available for stronger prescriptions.

MiSight Soft Contact Lenses

Atropine Eye Drops

Atropine eye drops are a low-dose medication that helps slow myopia progression in children. At City Optics, we offer various dosages to suit different needs, including 0.01% atropine (Eikance), which is most commonly used due to its balance of effectiveness and minimal side effects.

Available Dosages:

0.01% Atropine (Eikance): Reduces myopia progression by around 50% with minimal side effects.
0.025% and 0.05% Atropine: More effective, reducing progression by up to 77% at 0.05%, but may cause light sensitivity and difficulty reading up close. Requires compounding at select pharmacies.

Lifestyle Modifications

Lifestyle changes can also help manage myopia progression, such as increasing time spent outdoors and taking regular breaks from screens.

Orthokeratology (Ortho-K) Lenses
Note: We do not currently offer Ortho-K lenses at City Optics.

Ortho-K lenses are specially designed rigid contact lenses worn overnight to temporarily reshape the cornea. While highly effective for controlling myopia and offering clear daytime vision without glasses or lenses, Ortho-K requires careful fitting and regular monitoring by a specialized clinic.
