Experience long-lasting comfort with ACUVUE VITA monthly contact lenses, a reusable option for suitable short-sighted and long-sighted wearers. Designed with HydraMax Technology, these senofilcon C silicone hydrogel lenses help maintain hydration and comfortable wear through the month when cleaned, stored and replaced correctly. ACUVUE VITA lenses include Class 1 UV blocking and are replaced monthly.

Use them only as prescribed, and order with a current contact lens prescription and suitable fit.

How to read your itemised invoice

Your itemised invoice includes details your health fund may ask for when submitting a claim. Claim eligibility depends on your health fund, extras cover, remaining annual limit, and the item purchased.

Invoice field What it means
Patient/customer name The person the purchase was made for.
Date of purchase The purchase date your health fund may require.
Provider details City Optics provider information used for claiming.
Item number The optical claiming code, where applicable.
Product description The contact lenses or optical item purchased.
Amount paid The amount submitted for claiming.
GST/tax Tax details shown on the invoice where applicable.
Non-claimable items Delivery, accessories, eye drops, and non-prescription items may not be claimable.
