60-Day Returns: Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 60 days for eligible online purchases, as long as the item is in original condition. Contact lenses, eye drops and accessories must be unopened; sunglasses and goggles must include all tags, stickers and the original case.
Refunds: Eligible online returns are refunded to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
