City Optics Data Deletion Instructions

If you submitted information to City Optics through a Meta lead form or the City Optics Social Automation app and want us to delete personal information associated with that interaction, email online@cityoptics.com.au with the subject Meta data deletion request.

Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant record, such as your name, the email address or mobile number used on the form, the approximate submission date, and the offer or store you selected. Please do not send prescription or other health information unless we specifically ask for it.

We may ask you to verify your identity or authority before acting on the request. We will delete or de-identify information that is no longer required, subject to applicable legal, clinical, dispute, fraud-prevention, backup and record-keeping obligations. We will confirm when the request is complete or explain any information we are required or permitted to retain.
