• Standard Shipping: $14.99, or free for orders $100 and over. Estimated delivery depends on your state or territory: NSW/ACT 2-4 business days; VIC/SA/QLD 3-6 business days; WA/TAS 4-8 business days; NT 6-10 business days.
• Express Shipping: $24.99 for orders under $100, or $14.99 for orders $100 and over. Estimated delivery depends on your state or territory: NSW/ACT 1-3 business days; VIC/SA/QLD 1-4 business days; WA/TAS 2-6 business days; NT 3-6 business days.

New Zealand:

• Standard International: $14.99, or free for orders $100 and over. Estimated delivery 5-9 business days.
• Express International: $39.99 for orders under $100, or $24.99 for orders $100 and over. Estimated delivery 3-7 business days.

Dispatch timing: Delivery estimates include typical dispatch time. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

60-Day Returns: Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 60 days for eligible online purchases, as long as the item is in original condition. Contact lenses, eye drops and accessories must be unopened; sunglasses and goggles must include all tags, stickers and the original case.

Refunds: Eligible online returns are refunded to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
